Nobody is born successful and rewards come only from taking risks and working hard. That's the premise behind a new docuseries I just produced for Vox called Courageous Leaders. Hearing successful people discuss their success is nice, but hearing their very personal journeys to success, identifying similarities between your journeys and knowing they've been where you may find yourself at this moment, is downright inspiring.  My buddy Hartley Sawyer interviews successful entrepreneurs like Foursquare Co-founder, Dennis Crowley, Thrillist Co-founder, Ben Lerer and interior designer Ross Cassidy.  Watch all six episodes of Courageous Leaders here.
